MISSION STATEMENT: The Spencer County Sports Association’s (SCSA) mission is “to improve the lives of Spencer County residents, to teach Judeo-Christian values as they apply to community pride, good sportsmanship, and teamwork.  The Association shall include all persons regardless of race, religion, income or gender with the goal to help them achieve their full potential.”
